About Us
The Villas at Chancellors Glen is an active 55+ community located in Bensalem, PA, just outside of Philadelphia. Built by Granor Price between 2003 & 2009, the community is convenient to local shopping, Route 1, Interstate 95 and the PA Turnpike.
There are 208 attached townhomes, a mixture of 4-home "quads" and 2 home "twins". Residents enjoy the clubhouse, featuring an indoor pool, exercise room, library and meeting room. Outdoor amenities include a bocce court and inviting gazebo. And a very dog friendly neighborhood!

The community is also served by a Board of Directors comprised of 5 volunteer homeowners who manage the affairs of the Association. This Executive Board governs following the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations established by the community. Board members meet twice a month, the first as a work session just for board member and the second with the Property Manager. Board members serve 2 year terms on a rotating schedule whereby up to 3 positions become available each November. The primary focus of the Association is to serve the homeowners and maintain the common areas (i.e. the clubhouse, the grounds-including lawn care, snow removal and trash collection, as well as select exterior maintenance such as roof repair and replacement). The bylaws seek to also promote fellowship in the neighborhood through social functions. New ideas for social gatherings and volunteerism are always welcome!
