Not a rumor, it is true the guest policy was updated. You can learn more by visiting the Clubhouse/Activity page for the details. You can also see what groups are meeting and when to join a club and make some new friends.

Make sure you CC or also send your email to the members of the HOA board. We can't help if we don't know about the problem.

chevron_rightWhat day do I put my trash out? What about recyclables? What if there is a holiday?
Trash is picked up early on Monday and Thursday mornings. Whenever a holiday falls on the pick-up day the trash will be collected the next day. The following holidays always fall on either one of those days, so collection will be the next day.
- Memorial Day and Labor Day are Monday holidays; therefore trash collection will be the next day, Tuesday.
- Thanksgiving is a Thursday holiday; therefore trash collection will be on Friday.
- If Christmas, New Year's or July 4th fall on either Monday or Thursday, trash collection will be the next day.
Recyclables are collected on Thursdays.Recyclables include: Aluminum cans, steel cans, glass bottles and jars, plastic bottles (with 1 or 2 on the bottom), newspapers, magazines, and cardboard.No deli type plastic, aluminum foil, plastic toys or flower pots.HERE is the 2021-2022 Trash Collection schedule for more information -
chevron_rightWhy do some peoples obituary or passing information get sent to the community and others not shared?
We will only share passing information or obituaries if requested by the family. We know this information is private and emotional for people and do not want to be a cause of discomfort. We try to respect privacy and abide by the family's wishes.

chevron_rightWhat are the hours for the Clubhouse? Can I rent it out for a birthday party?
The Clubhouse hours are 6:00 am until midnight. Alarm system is activated when clubhouse is closed. Anyone causing the alarm system to trip after hours may be subject to a fine and loss of privileges. Every key card has an ID#.Make sure to sign the log upon entering and leaving.Currently the clubhouse is limited to residents only with a limit of 20 persons.The clubhouse is NOT available for rent or private functions.

chevron_rightWho do I contact if I lost/misplaced/can't find my key to the clubhouse?
Lost cards are to be reported to the Management Company (Camco). A replacement card will be issued at your cost of $100 per card.

chevron_rightHow do I pay my monthly HOA fees?
As of 2021, the monthly HOA fee is $225 due on the first of each month. You can pay by check using the payment coupons available from Camco, or by automatic withdrawal. Click HERE for more information on monthly payments.
